The location was perfect, right next to the outlet mall and close to a golf course. The air conditioning unit in our room was noisy. Breakfast had great options. The shower head was too low for my comfort.

I booked a room months in advance, only to find it wasn't available upon arrival. The front desk shrugged it off, saying it happens all the time. Talk about frustrating! Plus, the place felt so outdated and dirty. Just disappointing.

I loved the convenient laundry services and the delightful continental breakfast at Grand View Inn & Suites. The location near the Tanger outlets is a bonus, but be prepared for some tight parking. the staff were professional and the facilities very clean—definitely worth returning!

Excellent location. Steps away from Tanger Outlet and quick access to the 76 strip. Quiet room, clean with a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast? Impressive variety and always well-stocked. Biscuits, eggs, waffles. A pleasant surprise given current expectations. A couple of downsides. A musty smell lingered, and the parking entry is problematic for low vehicles. The pool depth suits kids, but adults may find it limiting. Staff was helpful, navigating a credit card snag diligently. Minor discomforts with mattress firmness and coffee pods were noted, but nothing insurmountable. Repeated stays indicate a solid choice, but refinements could elevate the experience further. Worth considering, but be mindful of potential drawbacks.

The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the view. I appreciated the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, making it easy to wake up on time for our daily adventures. The flat-screen TV provided some entertainment during downtime, although the sound quality could have been better. One thing that stood out to me was the carpeted floor in the room. It felt cozy but could have been cleaner, as I noticed some stains here and there. The housekeeping service was a bit hit or miss, with some areas not being as thoroughly cleaned as I would have liked. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with laundry services during our stay. The hotel seemed understaffed in this area, leading to delays in getting our clothes cleaned. we were hoping to book some tours or get assistance with tickets, but the service in this regard was lacking. our experience at Grand View had its ups and downs.

Great breakfast with a nice variety, though the dining area felt cramped. Staff was friendly, but front desk availability was hit or miss. Rooms were clean, but my bed was uncomfortably hard, and I encountered an unfortunate issue with bed bugs which led to a prompt refund for one night. The pool area was tidy, which was a plus, but noise from maintenance started too early. it was affordable and had some good aspects, but the experience was mixed with both highlights and notable drawbacks.

The staff greeted us with smiles and warm cookies upon arrival! Our king room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delightful. Plus, the outdoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after a fun-filled day!

The room was clean and spacious. The bed, while comfortable for some, felt extra-firm, which I found a bit challenging. The air conditioning unit was not the best; it was distant from the bed and seemed to struggle to cool the space adequately. I noticed some dust build-up on the unit. A low toilet issue was present, rocking slightly and lacking strong flushing power. The check-in staff were very friendly, and requests for extra pillows were promptly fulfilled. Breakfast included a good variety but had minor cleanliness concerns with the serving tongs.

I selected Grand View Inn & Suites for its close proximity to Tanger Outlets, and the tea and coffee-making facilities were a pleasant surprise, adding convenience to my stay. The free full breakfast and parking were also appreciated.

My friends and I had a blast visiting the Branson Theater District and shopping 'til we dropped. We easily scored tickets to awesome shows and attractions, and the Branson Variety Theater was just a short 8, minute stroll away. The hotel's prime location made partying super convenient!
Wishing for a better teen vibe with a fun hangout spot on, site for late, night chats and impromptu dance, offs.

Located conveniently with easy access to the main strip and surrounding roads. The breakfast was well-supplied and provided a variety of options. Separate vanity area from the bathroom was a plus. Nearby Tanger Outlet, restaurants, and Krispy Kreme Donuts within walking distance added to the convenience.
The beds were too firm for comfort. The cleanliness could be improved, with carpets in the hallways and elevator doors needing attention.

The Frontiers Dinner Show nearby was a hit with the kids. Grand View's help securing tickets made our visit smooth and enjoyable.

i had an amazing time at the grand view inn & suites. the breakfast was the best i've ever had at a hotel. the staff, especially the lady in the breakfast area, was so friendly and delightful. the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, even during the off-season. the room was very nice and the housekeeping did a great job. i highly recommend this facility, and we will definitely be returning.

Feeling like royalty surrounded by majestic sets and live animals on stage. Enjoying a daily feast of scrambled eggs and pancakes. Relaxing by the outdoor pool deck after a day exploring Aquari. oh wait, that's not part of my experience!
Sleeping on those rock-hard beds was a treat! .

The location was great, smack dab in the middle of everything in town, super convenient. My room was clean and had all the essential amenities like iron, fridge, and microwave. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my short stay enjoyable.
The rooms are outdated and need a refresh, felt a bit cramped. Parking was a nightmare, hardly any spots left late at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable - right on the strip with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. We also appreciated the comfortable bed, nice TV, and good water pressure in the shower. The hotel had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, and even a golf course. The free breakfast was a great way to start the day and saved us money on dining out. The hotel's proximity to the Tanger Outlets and other attractions made it super convenient for exploring Branson.
The breakfast room was a bit crowded during our stay and could benefit from being larger.

the hotel was super clean, and the location is right in front of an outlet mall with lots of shops. the breakfast had many hot and cold choices - like home cooking. the staff went out of their way to improve our stay and provide helpful local insights.
Can't recommend highly enough.
